Job Summary
Hi Folks,We have an Immediate Job Opening for VP Roles- Hyderabad Location
Job Purpose (In a brief, specific one or two-sentence statement, answer the questions: "Why does this position exist?" and "What is it expected to accomplish?")
To work with product owners to define/understand the user stories, technical solutioning, doing work break down and ensuring work distributed among right squads/developers for on time quality delivery
Key Accountabilities (List the expected end results or KPIs that the job holder is expected to achieve for this job. Do not list more than 5)
1. Technical Leadership: Guide team development efforts towards successful project delivery and provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship.
2. In-house Capability: Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits while delivering solutions on-time and on-budget
3. People Leadership: Identify and encourage areas for growth and improvement within the team
Job Duties & responsibilities (List the principal duties. Use concise statements that provide a clear understanding of the level of responsibility, complexity, creativity and analysis performed in this position.)
1. Participate in discovery phase and translate requirements into technical solution
2. Appreciation for business requirements and domain knowledge
3. Hands on and keen to develop/trouble shoot complex technical scenarios
4. Groom juniors and developers on technical and domain stuff
5. Participate in Agile meetings, process activities and ensures practices are followed in the team
6. Architecture, Design and Code review for own and other teamsOverall 12+ years of experience in executing and running large Software products/solutions implementations
- Successfully launched SW products/solutions in enterprise or go to market scenarios
- 5+ years of experience and hands-on with Java, Spring, Java script or UI frameworks (JQuery/Angular), databases, Design and RDBMS concepts
- Proficiency on Architecture, Design, Micro Services and Containers
- Experience on Cloud (AWS), PCF and container (Docker etc)
- Appreciation for non-functional requirements: performance, scalability, user experience, security, maintainability
- Proficiency with Agile practices, , JIRA, Confluence, SVN, GIT
- Ability to multi-task, work on product line/projects at once, delegate effectively.Regards,Sunil
