Php Developer Job in I-pac

Job Role:

We are looking for an analytical, result-driven Backend developer who wants to touch the lives of millions of people through highly scalable and robust code. As a Backend developer, you will be building amazing apps to help I-PAC get its feet off the ground as well as improving the current stack of back-end apps. The role provides an excellent opportunity to work and learn in one of the most dynamic and challenging environments and hone your programming, task management and communication skills.

Job Responsibilities:

• Understand business requirements and translate them into an efficient and effective server-side application
• Develop scalable and high-performance database designs
• Develop and deploy highly responsive and efficient APIs for mobile apps
• Collaborate with team lead(s), front-end developers and other team members in an agile environment for enhancing features, fixing bugs and developing reusable RESTful APIs
• Optimization of the applications for maximum speed and scalability
• Keep up to date on the latest industry trends in upcoming technologies

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Engineering (preferably in Computer Science)
• 2+ years of work experience in back-end development using PHP
• Expertise in RESTful framework, MySQL and Mongo DB
• Expertise in developing and deploying a server-side application using Laravel, CodeIgniter and CakePHP frameworks
• Strong understanding of the web development cycle and programming techniques and tools
• Knowledge of using Git, Git branches and GitHub to manage codebases

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with mobile app push notifications
• Knowledge of mobile apps versioning
• Experience with mobile app analytics
• Experience in CI/CD, shell scripting and automation is a plus
• Knowledge of python is a plus
