About the Job:
I-PAC is looking for an ambitious and self-driven professional to join it s HR team. The professional will be responsible to manage the entire process of sourcing candidates for relevant profiles.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage I-PAC s overall sourcing strategy along with the Talent Acquisition lead
- Coordinate with HR Lead & Talent Acquisition Lead to develop manpower estimate for ongoing and future campaigns, and plan sourcing for relevant roles accordingly
- Utilize social media platforms, job portals, internal referrals and campus connect to develop a healthy pool of candidates available for quick hiring and deployment
- Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques such as Boolean search, LinkedIn X-Ray Search etc
- Identify job portals for different hiring requirements and induct them into I-PAC sourcing plan
- Attract good candidates for critical roles and keep them engaged through periodic interactions
- Analyse the ROI on different sourcing strategy / sourcing platform and modify the sourcing plan accordingly
Minimum Qualifications:
- Have 2-5 years experience in Human Resources/ Talent Acquisition
- MBA graduate with a degree in Human Resources
- Ideally should have the experience of hiring for roles in technical (IT, Technology, Data Analytics) as well as non-technical domain (Campaign, Digital Marketing, HR, Finance etc)
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of using Job Portals (Naukri, IIMJobs, LinkedIN, Hirist etc.) will be preferred
- Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques such as recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings will be preferred
- Ability to manage multiple projects and experience of bulk hiring
Location: Hyderabad (Shall be open to travel as per business requirement)
