Roles and Responsibilities

• To receive store and issue supplies according to scales whenever prescribed or with reference to orders issued by the officer in-charge
• To report to the officer in-charge about inadequacy or delay in supplies
• To show all supplies received to the officer in-charge for approval
• To maintain stock registers/ records of fixed assets and consumables
• To ensure proper cleanliness ofstore
• To verify on weekly basis the backup ofstoresrecord
• To verify material with purchase order
• Responsible for keeping a check on the quality/ Validity of material
• To coordinate with departments for replacement/ refill of material
• To coordinate with Store officer regarding the quality and shelf life of consumable materials / equipment/ instruments
• To ensure that buffer stocks of essential items is maintained
• Any other responsibility given by the Store officer

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate - Any Specialization
• Minimum 1 yrs of experience in hospital industry of managing MedicalStore/Pharmacy
• Immediate joiners will be preferred
