Job Title: Software Developer Position : 1 Job Description : Write, process, design and develop software applications including Spark Core Applications using Scala and Spark-SQL/Streaming to ensure faster and efficient testing and data processing; develop batch processing pipeline from end to end by using Spark Data frames and Scala; migrate data into Cosmos DB by developing applications using Spark; improve performance and optimization of the existing algorithms in Hadoop using Spark Context, Spark SQL, Data frame, Pair RDD s, Spark Yarn; create software/applications to move data from Oracle, Teradata and MY SQL Server into HDFS and to import various formats of flat files into HDFS. Must have a Masters of Computer Science Engineering and at least 1 year of experience as an information technology professional. Experience must include at least 6 months experience in all above listed technologies and skills. Travel required. Work Schedule: M-F (40 hours per week) Duration of Job: Full time permanent position Salary Offered: $96,595.00
