Responsibilites and Duties

• Ensuring the reach and penetration in the assigned territory
• Analyze the territory in terms of market size, competitors share, retailers scheme and ensure proper positioning of companys products
• Anticipate the demand and continuously strive for larger market share
• Brief the management on the developments with regard to market share and competitors activity
• Implement effective strategies to maximize sales and accomplish revenue and collection targets.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• 12th or Graduate
• Candidates with 1+ years of FMCG Experience preferable
• Should have good negotiation & presentation skills
• Must be a go getter & be ready to take up challenges
