Key Job activities:

Concluding Statutory & Internal Audits of SPV s Handling consolidation activities for Singapore Holdco with respect to various Indian SPV s Budget Monitoring of all Projects/ SPV s All Compliances (Direct & Indirect tax, FEMA, Companies Act etc) for all India SPV Handling Due Diligence work in relation with respect to Investor/ Lender Managing Transfer pricing working of all Indian SPV s Treasury Management for all Indian SPV s Working capital Management LC s, BG s, Fund based Working capital Handling various reporting as per HQ reporting guidelines Monitoring & Controlling of Contracts of all Indian Companies

Key Attributes:
