1. To lead a professional team of piping engineers comprising of layout and specification group, stress analysis and smart plant 3D administrator.
2. Provide technical expertise and guidance to the piping team in engineering chemical, petrochemical complex.
3. Plan piping engineering activities for different projects, organize qualified manpower and monitor progress and quality of piping design.
4. Establish quality system for piping design, organize feedback and update systems & procedures.
5. Interface with other engineering discipline in the process of plant design.
6. Recruitment, orientation and training of piping staff.
7. Should have excellent knowledge on codes, standard and software applicable to piping designs.
8. Should have excellent communication and man management skill.
9. Will report to Head of Engineering.
