Job Summary
  • Managing a single or multiple project sets across APAC as primary project manager
  • Be responsible for compliance and consistency in process & deliverable
  • Team up with site level project team,
  • Be responsible for centralized planning, coordinating, reporting and point-to-point follow up
  • Proper training & micro-management to co-worker might require to smooth execution
  • Drive initiatives to enhance project & account based operation, such as
  • define & improve standard document in procedure, design, installation, quality & etc.;
  • host workshop to leverage knowledge & align understanding within work group;
  • Consolidate & analyze good practice & lesson learnt;
  • Drive corrective action when need
  • Enhance client relationship by meet with client regularly, participate in business review & give presentation on operation side
  • Identify & develop tools for project management
  • Travel in APAC is required
  • 5+ years project management related experience in a multi-national environment
  • Service oriented mindset and proven record in related background
  • Security industry background as end user or consultant is a plus
  • Proven record in handling complicated situation
  • Ability for technical learning, familiar with security system such as Tyco, LENELS2, Milestone, Genetec, and etc, and certification as a plus
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills (English compulsory, Mandarin or Japanese be preferred)
  • Self-motivated & multi-tasked
  • Embrace the pressure & will to take challenge
  • Qualified skills to analyze root cause & solve problem preventatively
  • Flexible visa to travel in APAC as a plus
