Responsibilities:

    • Work as a scrum master to coach multiple scrum teams on agile practices
    • Ensure that scrum is followed in true spirit
    • Facilitate all scrum events effectively
    • Contribute in current agile practices / processes being followed are continued at scale
    • Focus on continuous improvements - continuously evolve the process being followed, making it more effective
    • Help organization in adopting agile at scale with large number of agile teams working together on single program
    • Able to suggest / recommend practices / processes which can make program execution more efficient and effective
    • Framework agnostic passionate agile practitionerwith sound knowledge of scrum, XP, lean practices and techniques
