Job Summary
- Serve as a critical liaison between patients, hospitals, and MSK India Centre.
- Maintain a cordial relationship with the patient/caretaker/hospital.
- Provide general information about our Center and its services to the patient/hospital.
- Perform primary administrative tasks such as maintaining patient and other relevant records.
- Coordinate with the Medical Team to collect reports/documents from the patient/hospital.
- Candidate should possess any degree or diploma.
- Outstanding communication skills in English along with Hindi or other local languages based on the geographical location are essential.
- Proficient in handling the latest computer applications and communication tools.
- Assertive and critical thinking with excellent problem-solving skills.
