As a Client Service Associate I, you will play a key role in ensuring the success of client projects and driving exceptional customer service within our dynamic and diverse team. What You Will Be Doing Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally. Coordination & Facilitation: Coordinate and facilitate client meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and documenting key discussion points. Service Strategy: Assist in developing and implementing client service strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. Internal Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure client needs are met, and projects are executed effectively and efficiently. Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance, such as maintaining client records, preparing reports, and managing correspondence. Your Profile Education: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field (preferred). Experience: Previous experience in customer service, client relations, or a similar role is advantageous. Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with both clients and colleagues. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), and other relevant software applications. Qualification :
