We are looking for a highly effective Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. You will play a critical role in sourcing, engaging and recruiting top Talent for ICON.

Overview of the Role

  • You will partner with Hiring Managers to design resourcing plans, role requirements and develop innovative sourcing solutions including networking, headhunting and building talent pools.
  • Oversee the entire process to ensure a positive candidate experience that will place ICON as an employer of choice.You will work closely with Talent Acquisition team, HR team, and external groups to facilitate efficient and effective recruiting process.
  • Proactively contact candidates utilizing a broad range of channels and techniques to target active and passive talent.You will need to demonstrate innovative techniques to identify talent in the market.

Role Requirements / Skills / Experience Required

  • You will need previous experience between 8-10 years of working as recruiter with ability to manage high volumes of recruitment activity, preferably in an internal setting.
  • Exceptional customer service experience with demonstrated ability to effectively assess customers' needs, quickly respond and problem solve.
  • Proven ability to be pro-active in engaging stakeholders and candidates over the telephone and face to face at all levels.
  • Ability to act autonomously, potentially responsible for own business areas on a standalone basis
