Job Summary

TITLE: RECRUITING ASSOCIATE
LOCATION: 401, VIVA ATELIER, NEAR STATUE CIRCLE, NARANPUR, AHMEDABAD380013
WORK HOURS: 7.30PM TO 4.30AM IST (MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY)

iConsultera is a young team of recruiting professionals looking to add more to this growing team. Eagerly looking for passionate people who are committed to build a solid career in international Staffing & Recruiting industry and open to work night shift.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for performing full-cycle recruiting functions including but not limited to job understanding, candidate sourcing, social networking, phone screening, email communication, documentation, summary writing and presentation.

    • Required Skills:

  • Should have excellent English language skills including reading, writing and speaking.
  • Ability to communicate fluently with foreign nationals.
  • Self-motivated, passionate and energetic professionals.
  • Comfortable to work in night shift (7.30PM to 5AM IST).
  • Must be interested in either technology, sports, games, fitness, creative writing, art & craft, travel or architecture.
