• Assign HQ wise targets. Motivate, guide & manage team members to enable them to achieve their respective targets in an effective manner.
• Ensure field work discipline, monitor field work norms, correct deviations, coach team members in selling skills.
• Reporting systems & work plans.
• Ensuring implementation of various strategies to build up the brands.

Qualifications :B.Pharm/B.Sc

Skill Set :Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Experience : 4-6 yrs as an MR; min 1yr as an ASM
