Job Summary
  • Handling consumer litigations raised in Consumer Courts, Labor Court and Ombudsman
  • Preparing the entire case history in consultation with seniors   before representing the matter in court  
  • Identifying & empanelling lawyers  pan India for representing IFLI cases in those locations
  • Providing Line of argument and briefing to these lawyers for any litigations registered in those locations
  • Sharing entire case history with empanel lawyers to enable them to represent IFLI in court
  • Drafting & reviewing agreements and  Line of argument
  • Travel for attending litigations in various forums

    • Qualification :
  • LLB/LLM with 6+ years of experience in Insurance Industry
    •
    Experience Required :

    Fresher
