Job Summary

Plan/ Control/ Monitor team of Relationship Managers in the assigned region to achieve Sales targets which include penetration targets.

Ensure budgeted numbers of manpower month over month in the region.

Build long term relationships with Bank Staff and channel partners.

Cascade the motivation programs to all relevant stakeholders & ensure complete success in implementation of the same.

Ensure team is aware about new products and sales Processes.

Qualification :

Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in sales.
