To monitor processes and systems for improvements and efficiencies Coordination with field for query resolution Contest Validation of all channels Banca/Agency/POS as per the process post closure of contest & publishing the final result for payout Contest Calendar to be published every month to all the stakeholders Should be good in Excel?
