Conduct product sales behavioral for sales team Induction training for new joined employees Preparation of Training Calendar for mapped branches as per the training needs of Sales Team. Ensure Training coverage. Preparing & submitting MIS as required by organisation Experience in handling Agency & Banca Having handled product, process , skill and behavioural modules Sound knowledge on Insurance and related subjects Sales experience is a bonus.
Qualification :Graduate with at least 5 years of experience in training
