Desired Candidate Profile:

• Bachelors degree in relevant technical field.
• About 5 years industry experience as an effective technical writer.
• Financial domain experience is must. Loan origination / Underwriting / Lending system experience is an added advantage.
• AWS / Cloud domain understands is must.
• Micro content creation experience.
• API documentation experience.
• Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex topics.
• Previous experience in writing documentation and procedural materials for multiple audiences.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, with an eye for prioritization.
• Firm understanding of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and experience with Agile methodology.
• Experience in DITA standards to create documentation
• Hands-on experience in Adobe Robohelp, Adobe Captivate, Snag IT, MS-word, and MS-PPT
