Bank Officer Job in Idfc First Bank

Job Responsibility:

1.Ensuringmonthly sales targets for the assigned geography met.

2.Maintaining customer relations and anticipate future needs ofcustomers, through calling and promotional activities

3.Meeting and completing account opening formalities with strictadherence to KYC norms (Field verification Mandatory)

4.Ensuring account activation within specified period.

5. Engaging customerwith multiple products at the time of account Opening (viz: Mobile banking/Netbanking registration /RD- FD activation)

6.Reporting sales figures on a frequent basis.

Modeof Sourcing:

1.Customer leads Self Sourcing through referrals and other channels.

BuildingCapability: You will be trained extensively on saving bank/ current accountproducts and selling skills to ensure you succeed in your new role.

Education and Age:

1.Graduateor Postgraduate from a recognized University

2.Ageas on the date of application should be less than 28 years
