Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement & Service:
Deliver a superior banking experience by understanding and addressing customer financial needs.
Build and nurture strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
Serve as a trusted advisor by recommending suitable banking products and services.
Sales & Business Growth:
Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling banking products to enhance customer value.
Work collaboratively with the branch team to achieve sales and service targets.
Operations & Compliance:
Ensure seamless execution of financial transactions in adherence to bank policies and procedures.
Stay updated on banking products, industry trends, and compliance regulations.
Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 2 years in retail banking or customer service.
Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and sales abilities.
Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of banking products, MS Office, and banking software.
Language: Fluency in English and the local language.
Work Environment: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-centric setting.
