Job Purpose :
Build systems, processes and tech solutions, develop product variants and improvise process with the help of policy , credit, cpv, collections,ops.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Building for business value through wire framing, analytics in action, project management, product development, process improvement, policy improvement, customer behavior influence and distribution effectiveness
Key Success Parameters:
1. Collaborate with developers, testers, product owners, and other stakeholders to understand the expected product functionality and end user requirements
2. Design new projects on top of Salesforce and other business applications, working closely with project development teams to grow the business digitally
3. Successfully drive critical builds and ensure timely and error free delivery
4. Tech/Process issue resolution
