Process Automation Leader

As a process automation leader, you will manage and deliver components of client engagements that identify, design, configure and implement technology and creative/cognitive solutions for Healthcare companies.
Job Responsibilities/Requirements
- Manage a team of RPA Developers, guide them to success, quality output and innovative approaches
- Provides continuous advice to developers and Project Manager during project delivery
- Analyze client processes, understand detailed As-Is Process Description including workflows, review stakeholder and technology analysis to identify automation opportunities enabled by RPA, ML/ AI technologies, define value proposition, reengineer process to improve automation potential and recommend approach/strategy
- Develop solutions using the proprietary RPA Platform developed by client to meet the business value proposition agreed with the customers.
- Enable R&D and Innovation transformation required to support the Innovation strategy and processes through technology, data process, and talent.
- Understand and Optimize R&D operating models diagnostics, Stage-Gate adoption, Customer insights and feedback collection etc.
- Provide solution architect /technical architect support to the teams in pre-sales process
- Creating, documenting and deployment of R&D work process utilizing specific capabilities
Experience
- 10+ years
- 3+ years of relevant RPA exposure with experience in developing solutions using RPA Platforms
- Understanding of US Healthcare market is an advantage
- Experience in Java
Qualifications
- Preferably an engineering degree
- MBA is an advantage
