Job Summary

This is a leadership position, and the role holder will work directly with the MD and other departmental heads and build overall brand of IDS in US healthcare market.


Doing strategic and tactical planning for maintaining and growing the Healthcare Services business of IDS which includes RCM, Medical Scribing and Medical Transcription Services. Responsible for overall P&L of the Business along-with Sales & Operations Management.


The person deftly should integrate our various services (scribing, transcription, physician practice management/revenue cycle management) into strong technology/data analytics led value proposition. He/she will be, responsible for building healthcare practice (not just piece meal transcription, scribe, etc). Also, the person should have prior experience in ramping-up teams as we are poised to grow many fold.


Minimum Job Requirement:

  • 13+ years of Experience in managing Sales & Operations of Healthcare business
  • Experience in driving P&L.
  • Excellent client management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication Skills.
  • Solid experience of US Healthcare business
  • Experience & skill of leveraging digital technology in healthcare space including high usage of analytics which is the standard offering among the providers in US.
  • Experience in positioning the Healthcare service offerings with RPA skills.
  • Knowledge and understanding of preparing training data sets for companies to build AI models.
  • Experience in Account Management.
  • Should have prior travel experience of US.
  • Willing to travel extensively, once the travel ban is lifted
  • Should be in possession of Valid US Visa.

Education: Preferably PG in Sales /Marketing with Healthcare Background.


Principal Activities/Accountabilities:

  • Business planning with overall responsibility of P&L
  • Managing day to day operations ensuring operational excellence as per client expectations in terms of quality, TAT etc
  • Fresh sales/ business management understanding clients requirements, creating RFPs & relevant commercial proposals.
  • Account mining from existing clients
  • Continuous process improvement using automation as and when required.
  • Seamless migration in case of new projects
  • Resource planning & management

Note: This position will be based out of our Chandigarh/ Mohali office.Roles and Responsibilities
