Process Associate International Voice Travel

We are looking for candidates with experience in BPO, good communication skills & experience in customer support for international voice process. This would entail receive/make calls to the customers and provide with end-to-end resolution. The goal is to meet the CSAT/Repeat/Service Level Agreements as agreed with the client. Perform PNR creation, ticketing & fulfillment activities; majorly comprising of: Ticket issuance, re-issuance, exchanges, cancellations & refunds.
