Responsibilities:? Responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to desktops & thin clients, hardware orsoftware? Respond to queries, run diagnostic programs, isolate problems, and determine and implement solutions? Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues involving internet connectivity, email clients,Password resets, printers, applications etc.? Gather the required information necessary in order to escalate to next level if required? Own, user technical issues from initial report to resolution, communicating with customers regularlyregarding issue status? Collaborate with other IT members to properly manage user inquiries and escalate when appropriate.? Follow standard processes and procedures? Identify and escalate priority issues to the pertained teamsExperience, Knowledge, Skills required:? Basic technical skills including knowledge of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft Office suite,and common printer issues? Basic installation, configuration and support of IT equipment (Desktop, thin client, laptops, printers etc.)? Basic understanding in troubleshooting Internet Connectivity, LAN /WAN related IssuesCore Competencies/Attributes required:? Problem solving ability and identify and resolve the issues? Ability to deal with Senior Management? Ability to communicate with users and understand user requirements? Ability to speak and write clearly and accurately with proper communication?
