Portfolio Leader Process Excellence

Graduate in Engineering / Post Graduation in Statistics / Mathematics
Work timings:
3 PM to 12 AM

Up to 25%
Role Description
- Outcome orientation
- Utilize subject matter experience in Healthcare RCM and identify process improvement / process automation opportunities to transform the way we work resulting in cost savings, significant C-SAT improvement etc.
- Lead/drive improvement initiatives such as automation projects, business process re-engineering through projects and other result-oriented workshops to deliver cost savings, improved client satisfaction, improved compliance etc.
- Drive global projects to support customers and deliver value propositions
- Drive process excellence efforts for large-scale multi-location global projects
- Process orientation
- Engage in new transitions (as part of PMO team) to help define quality assurance and continuous improvement processes prior to the migration of the processes
- Drive RCA on client escalations and recommend permanent process fixes
- Drive process risk analysis and set-up early warning systems for critical business processes and BPO service delivery
- Build Continuous Improvement culture
- Work closely with the leadership team to identify and analyze organizational developmental needs to create and sustain a continuous improvement culture
- Project Management and Reporting
oEnsure projects are planned well andcarried out in a structured manner and document the projects for futurereference
oEnsure periodic tollgate reviews aredone for all the process improvement projects and drive course correction asnecessary
oPro-actively call out project risks,challenges and seek leadership intervention as appropriate
oReportresults of projects; Provide training status reports; Prepare and updateproject storyboards
Technical Skills / Experience
Mandatory
- Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management experience is mandatory
- AR: Knowledge on AR strategies
- Payer guidelines, AR platforms, global issues, exposure to & understanding of AR complexities, denials & revenue stream, front end working environment
- Billing Knowledge on billing nuances, payer rules & guidelines, edits & rejections, billing platforms, exposure to & understanding of Coding Payment Posting
- Knowledge on payment / posting nuances, pay sources, enrollments, know-how of payer contractual, refunds & credits.
- Basic Knowledge of Medical Codes would be preferred
Deep interest to question the status quo andfocus on positive disruption to improve the way we work
Self-driven individual with strong inclinationtowards owning up Projects focused on effort reduction and other key businessoutcomes drive those projects end to end (i.e.from identification through successfulclosure)

Practical knowledge of LSS tools/tenets likeSIPOC, CTQ drill down, swim-lane process mapping, value stream mapping,Measurement System Analysis, Hypothesis testing, Cause-effect matrix, Solutionprioritization, SMED, Poka-yoke, FMEA, control charts, control plan etc.
Strong project management skills includingplanning, execution and follow-through
Proficient in MS Office and Minitab
PMP Certification
