Description

We are looking forcandidates with US Healthcare experience and strong leadership skills for theDelivery Leader role.

Should be aGraduate with total 7+ years of experience of which minimum 5+ years RCMexperience in US Healthcare provider side of business.

Experience inleading & managing teams of 50+ people.

Experience inmanaging all aspects of the delivery function including operations management,P&L Management, Client Management and People Management is required.

Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills in English

Candidate with excellentaptitude, highly adaptable and willingness to learn

Open to Travel Domestic &International as applicable

M.B.As or Post Graduatequalification in Operations, Finance, Healthcare Management, InternationalBusiness and General Management would be an added advantage.

Candidate with healthcarebackground in area of Ayurveda, Dentistry, Homeopathy and Medicine would be anadded advantage.

Job Description & Responsibilities of PortfolioLeader:

Financials

?Own achievingprofitability/ Operating Efficiency targets for account / assigned function(s)

?Ensure timelypreparation and validation of monthly invoice

?Forecast IKSRevenue, Costs and Headcount for signed SOWs

?Manage to thecontract (including scope creep, support contract renewals)

Deliver to the SOW(s)

?Drive teamsto achieve agreed SLA / Metrics by optimal use of resources, review &execution of identified action plans & team performance reviews

?Adherence todefined Quality norms & identify process issues impacting delivery orclient business

?Proactivelyidentify areas of improvement in overall performance and direction to directreportees on delivery Course Correction (Analyze business metrics trends,potential issues & escalations, Client feedback & business strategy /goals)

?Embraceescalations and identified opportunities from clients / Client Services / ormarket leader. Run toward smoke as ifyou were literally on fire. Tracksmoke on a monthly basis. Fix the rootcause of the issues

?Raise the barof engagement & delivery to come across as a partner rather than a vendor

?Become ahealthcare / RCM expert thus enable value conversations with Clients down toany depth

?Manage VOC& Customer Satisfaction for the account through governance and timelydetection and prevention of issues while aligning with the client businessobjectives

Ensure Accounts are Started Right

?Work withSolutions, Implementation, and Client Services to understand, contribute, andshape client startup to ensure a successful solution start and migration tosteady state.

?Collaboratewith Implementation on the Standard Operating Document, maintain and adherethat document, only deviating with written approval via client, post creation.

?Be proficientin comprehending SOW / Contract nuances for accounts managed

Improve Operating Efficiencies

?Demonstratein-depth know how & understanding of the economics of the RCM business, thelevers that need to be exercised / leveraged / moved constantly to achieve therequired financial outcomes. Be able to create forecasts & plan for accountgrowth.

?Align &execute Org level initiatives for operational / process efficiency.

?Maintainreview & improve delivery efficiency for lines of functions managed

?Develop therequired gene pool to seek self-disruption of tasks / activities leveragingtechnology & Process Improvement.

?Identifyautomation opportunities to impact efficiency & delivery quality

Collaborate with Client Services & MarketLeader

?Ensurestructured governance withClients along with the market leader/ Client Services.
