Job Summary

Responsibilities:

Research, write and develop business process modules? Conceptualizing and writing test cases? Should write voice over script, on-screen text, assist the instructional designer in storyboard writing andvisual storyboard development? Visualizing contents, creative ideas, well versed in preparing slides in PowerPoint? Maintain dashboard? Identify the knowledge gaps? Create session plan for refresher and conduct ITL based on the requirementExperience, Knowledge, Skills required:? A Minimum of 3-4 years of AR experience/billing experience in Multispecialty and worked in differentsoftware/accounts? Basic coding knowledge is must? Training back ground will be an added advantage? Should have working knowledge of MS-Office (MS-Word, MS-Excel and MS-PowerPoint)? Should be flexible to work in any shift and travel to different sites as per the business requirement? Confident, proactive and committed to providing results? Good interpersonal, presentation, communication and listening skills? Self-motivated, ability to work on many projects independently and have a service minded attitudeCore Competencies/Attributes required:? Ability to motivate and influence agents and colleagues? A strong help people orientation coupled with analytical and behavioral skills required to identify gaps andprovide counsel in a timely and constructive manner? Ability to influence and bring about change in attitude and commitment towards learning and selfdevelopment in the team and build a knowledge-centric work environment? Customer service oriented, ready to assimilate with co-employees and displaying potential for learning andenhancing own skill sets? Adhere with risk and compliance/HIPAA/ISMS
