Revenue Cycle Officer_ar Job in Iks Health

Primary Job Role

This role will be responsible for managing sub set of Revenue Cycle Services for a client. This role is an individual contributor role for the Margin line of business. The KRA's shall be: Work Standard - Perform transactions as per the documented and agreed policies and procedures. Productivity - Responsible for meeting and exceeding the productivity standards . Team Quality - Responsible for meeting and exceeding the quality standards. Individual contributors are expected to ensure seamless delivery of assigned Revenue Cycle Management services.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Login into all the required applications utilized in Process.
• Look into the inventory allocated to him/her.
• Open account into billing system.
• Analyze the account looking at required various resources i.e. previous DOS,Notes, EOBs,website
• Taking action based on analysis mentioned above or calling insurance on behalf of provider/practice with all the required details i.e. Tax ID, NPI, Name etc
• Probing outcome of analysis to insurance representative to get the claim processed or to get the current status & take action accordingly based on process Protocol.
• Helping Trainee Associates with their queries & share knowledge with them

Qualification

Graduate in any stream

Hands-on Experience in Denial Management

Knowledge in US Healthcare 6 months to 5 years of experience
