Job Summary

Responsibilities:? Production planning and control, process monitoring, assignment and review of work list, analysis of SLAparameters viz. team performance and planning continuous improvement in performance, processoptimization, adherence to reporting schedules and maintaining all necessary process documentation as perthe QMS? Constant monitoring of team performance with timely evaluation and feedback to the management? Counselling the team on regular basis for minimizing absenteeism and rate of attrition along with effectivegrievance handling? Introduce and refine measures supporting and enhancing quality on the production floor? Proper communication within the team and escalation of related issues to the management for timelyresolution? Adhere to Service Level Agreements/Benchmark? Generate daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual reports for the purpose of internal and external use? To appraise the performance of the team members at regular intervals? Conduct daily team briefings, discuss current issues and targets, communicate performance related issuesand client updates with the team? Maintaining cordial relationship with team members and maintain discipline on the floor.? To build a congenial work environment to reduce the stress among the team members and boost theirmorale.? Analysis for the team members and identifying training needs for the team communication thereonconducting refresher training sessions at least once in two weeks or as needed.Experience, Knowledge, Skills required:? 5+ years of work experience in Healthcare RCM AR Operations? Extensive knowledge in the healthcare domain - Revenue Cycle Management (Billing, Claims Processing,Payment Posting, AR and Collections)? Hands on experience managing a team of AR executivesOrganizational requirements:? Any Graduate Degree
