Trainer Job in Iks Health

Minimum 1 year of experience as trainer with 3 to 4 years of work experience as a Medical Coder in US Healthcare

Should have experience on the following specialties: E&M IP/OP, HCC, Surgery, Ancillary coding and Denial management; Multi-specialty experience is preferred. Minimum of E&M and HCC experience is expected

Must have completed certification from AAPC or AHIMA

Good oral communication skill is must

Should be working on flexible shifts as per business training needs

Train the trainees to meet the expectations on the floor with regards to quality and productivity understanding the requirements of the clients

Perform all training in full compliance with all company and US healthcare regulations.

Conduct refresher training/Cross training based on Ops requirement

Required to be updated with the process, quality parameters and system enhancement

Accountable for training deliverables like yield, training quality and training on time when training a new hire batch

Monitoring and reviewing the progress of trainees through Training need analysis (TNA feedback).

Coordinate with Assistant Manager/Manager Training to create training modules and update training modules on regular basis

Prepare training calendar as per requirement from Operations and HR teams and maintain daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports for the training team

Should conduct regular dipstick audits to ensure teams are up to date and following the updates provided
