Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Flutter Developer (Android native) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing cross-platform mobile applications using the Flutter framework. As a Flutter Developer, you will collaborate with a talented team of designers and developers to deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• App Development & Maintenance: Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using the Flutter framework and Dart programming language.
• UI/UX Implementation: Work closely with designers to implement user interface components that are aesthetically pleasing and user-friendly.
• Backend Integration: Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and services into the mobile application.
• Code Quality & Efficiency: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code that follows best practices.
• Code Reviews: Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to maintain high code quality.
• Performance Optimization: Ensure the application performs at its best, optimizing for maximum speed, responsiveness, and scalability.
• Troubleshooting & Debugging: Identify and resolve bugs and other issues to ensure smooth functionality across devices.
• Stay Updated: Keep yourself up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in mobile development, and implement them when appropriate.

Requirements:

• Educational Qualification: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in mobile application development, with proven experience using Flutter.
• Proficiency in Flutter & Dart: Strong experience with the Flutter framework and Dart programming language for cross-platform development.
• UI/UX Design Principles: Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX design principles and implementation of responsive designs.
• API Integration: Experience with integrating RESTful APIs and handling JSON data in mobile apps.
• Version Control: Familiarity with Git or similar version control systems for managing source code.
• Team Collaboration: Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Communication Skills: Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical challenges and solutions clearly.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with other mobile development frameworks such as React Native or native iOS/Android development is a plus.
