Requirements

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Ensure customer satisfaction: handle all client requests/ escalations and ensure that they are serviced well

2. Account penetration strategies: come up with strategies to increase iLink s footprint within their customer organizations

3. Revenue growth goals: responsible for revenue growth in their customer portfolio

4. Gross margin goals: responsible for profitability targets in their customer portfolio

5. Frequent touch points with customers: Engage CXOs at the customer organization with frequent business reviews, innovation workshops and digital transformation strategy session

6. Collaboration: work with the iLink executive team, delivery teams and business units to serve the needs of the customer effectively

Required Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Curiosity that prompts constant learning and motivation to demonstrate innovation and value addition through the effective use of technology

A computer science educational background.

Exp: 5 to 8 Years
