Job Summary

iLink Digital is looking for an experienced and dedicated Head- Recruitment to join our team. As a Recruitment Head, you will be responsible to oversee our company s recruitment process in its entirety. This includes designing, improving and modifying recruiting procedures, designing and implementing mechanisms for recruiting metrics, supervising the recruiting team across India and monitoring the recruiting team s performance. Your goal will be to make our recruitment process as efficient and effective as possible.

Roles and responsibilities

Create and Modify Procedures

You will need to critically evaluate the company s current recruiting procedures and modify them accordingly. And, if necessary, design brand new procedures and oversee their implementation.

Supervise the Recruiting Team

Your daily duties will involve continued supervision of the company s recruiting team. This involves a great deal of communication with the team in order to streamline processes, solve problems and identify areas in need of improvement.

Monitor Metrics

You will need to keep track of the company s recruitment metrics and other KPIs of recruitment function.

Build the Network

To ensure that the company has access to the widest possible pool of candidates to choose from, you will need to network with other employers and employees and make use of Social Media platforms to leverage such networking. You will also need to build a quality relationship with the internal stakeholders and external recruitment agencies.

Forecast and Plan

You must coordinate with company s Business Units heads to coordinate for their current hiring needs and anticipate future hiring needs. You will also need to make sure that regular updates are provided to concerned stakeholders and take appropriate action to close any gaps.

Interviews

You will require to conduct job interviews for the managerial job positions (or key jobs in the organization)

Key Skills and Qualifications

Proven experience of working as a Recruitment Manager/Head in a 1,000+ employees organization.

More than 10+ years of experience in Recruitment function and 5+ years as recruitment manager/ Head.

Excellent understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.

Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS).

Experience of recruitment across the globe especially India, the US and the UAE is preferable.

Good knowledge of candidates selection methods.

Good understanding of Employer Branding strategies.

Critical thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good interpersonal, presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.

Excellent management and leadership skills.

Sound organizational and decision-making skills.

Good Team player

Good time-management skills

Ability to work efficiently under pressure

Tough but a fair manager.

Should be flexible about timings

Good Job Stability

Master s degree in Human Resources field.
