Lead RAN integration, solution's,RF Planing and Optimization for the 4G/5G network deployment projects Requirements Benefits
Hands-on experience of Integration,configuration & troubleshooting multi vendor systems (Hardware & Software)
Closely work with various internal teams for development of various software tools to be used for services.
Drive process automation initiatives to bring overall efficiencies within internal and external teams working on deployment projects.
Strong knowledge in 4G/5G air interface standards, protocols and propagation characteristics.
Strong Troubleshooting experience of RAN issues and performance KPIs.
Hands-on experience on 5G/4G concepts such as Hybrid Beamforming, Massive MIMO, LTE-NR interworking & co-existence, 5G Numerologies etc.
Hands-on experience in any cloud like Redhat Open Stack/Vmware/AWS/Azure.
Analyze customer technology, define business requirements and participate in risk analysis.
Assist sales teams in developing technical presentations and proposals for new services and solutions
Understanding and experience in ORAN software architectures in a virtualized environment.
Knowledge transfer and information sharing of new developments in the telecom domain.
Good understanding on DevOps in Telco environment is an added advantage.
Basic scripting and programming skills over java/python is an added advantage
Work experience should be related to RF network deployment, planning or optimization.
Hands-on Network Implementation from Integration up to Acceptance phase.
Direct Customer interface and troubleshooting experience.
Must have experience in leading/mentoring/training Trainee & Associate RF engineers.
Solid understanding all technical problems in LTE/5G.
Experience with ongoing 3GPP Rel-15/16 activities is beneficial.
Understanding of 3GPP systems: Core and RAN networks.
A solid hands-on in RF planning and optimization.
Very good knowledge of multi vendor equipment, radio network features, algorithms, and parameters.
Experience in writing documentation, recommendations, providing analysis, carrying out special studies on radio interface and E2E. Able to present in workshops.
Experience in daily KPI analysis and proposal of corrective actions and successful track record of engagements.
Must have a strong work ethic, integrity and work extremely well in a team environment.
Strong interpersonal communication skills.
