Knowledge of Business Analysis Process

Able to develop State of Requirements (SOR), Project Charter and Scope of Work (SOW)

Knowledge of how to Develop a Business case for any Business Unit IT requirements

Able to develop project schedule (Including tasks, time for each task, work breakdown, resources required, completion time and critical paths)

5

Conducts necessary analytical interviews with users, visits sites to identify their requirements, searches for similar studies done by client and analyze the technical solutions to meet requirements

Able to collect the required data for new projects by conducting interviews with business owners, end users and decisions makers

7

Knowledge of how to do technical feasibility for new projects

8

Liaise with Offshore Business Owners to ensure that all business processes requirements are clearly defined, integrated and are in line with the Company approved IT strategy

9

Analyze proposed business process changes that might impact on the existing IT systems and requirements and provide recommendation

10

Follows new emerging trends in IT systems and IT industry

11

Basic Awareness of different types of Business and Technical Solutions (ERP, Well Integrity, Permit to Work, etc)

12

Awareness of IT Teams roles in infrastructure, client support, Solution Development and security

13

Knowledge of how to do Technical feasibility for the new projects.

Identify the business requirements for new projects (like user interface, budget, hardware, software, . etc)

15

Study and analyze the users request, background and business functions including methods, procedures, manuals and identify the Critical Success Factors (CSF)
