Job Summary PreSales for BricSys CAD/BIM, D'SOl Products, Hunting for New customer and qualifying them for further process. He Should be well versed with presentation skills and DEMO of the respective software's which he would be handling. Lead generation, qualification & translate into opportunities by liaising with Inside Sales. Attend to customer requests for information on RFIs & RFPs completion. Demonstrate best practices & offer insight into client business / industry verticals. Maintain credibility through best practices knowledge in Sales Enablement space. Qualify & help close sales opportunities. Build technical relationship with prospects &/or existing customers; Support the Sales Team with customer-facing technical pre-sales assistance; Deliver product presentations / demonstrations & provide support at external / internal customer facing events; Build custom demonstrations, Metrics & deliver Proof Of Concepts (POC); Compare competitive products to specify the most advantageous solutions for customers Take a leading role in specifying technical solutions, writing proposals & tender responses. Determine, resolve & communicate technical & business pre-sales issues to pre-sales lead management. Assist regional business development activities. Install & maintain demos & software on respective pre-sales machines. Use corporate applications, emails & marketing communication or involve in promotions via social media, Events, Seminar for product awareness & increase market coverage. Engage in self product training to maintain high product knowledge & knowledge transfer to Sales & Post-Sales Team. Develop job related expertise & communication skills.
