Job Summary

Job description:
The person will be responsible for achieving assigned targets through on call and direct interaction with prospective buyers of home loans/Business loans/Balance transfer/Loan against property to convert them into buyers.

Key Responsibilities:
Daily Calling & initiating the conversation with the prospect and sharing all the required information about Loan offerings.
Clarifying prospects all queries and scheduling home/ office visit of Sales executive for document collection.
Collect financial information (e.g. debts, basic KYC)
Evaluate creditworthiness and eligibility for obtaining home loans/ Business loans/Balance transfer/Loan against property
Daily MIS to be maintained for follow up references. Also Maintaining records of weekly and monthly MIS/status reports to provide timely updates to the Head of Operations.
Ensuring strong follow-up with the prospect till the final stage and handling over the lead to the sales team member for closing the sale
Maintaining strong rapport with past and present customers to enhance reference pool.

Qualification: Any graduate
Experience: 1 to 3 years with a Loan DSA as a Tele Caller/ Pre-Sales Executive with similar role
