Responsibilities:

  • Obtain information from internal customer/external client to define the process training components
  • Analyze learner knowledge and skills, to identify process training needs, retraining needs and timetable
  • Adhere to organizational processes and policies to record and perform the production request
  • Prioritize production requests according to the needs, estimate time for desired outcome and revert to customer in due time
  • Transcribe, enter, and verify data from multiple sources like pictures, audio, video
  • Verify accuracy of transcribed data with the source document and correct any errors
  • Escalate and/or seek advice from specialists whenever needed
  • Make appropriate corrections for any error messages that arise, while entering data. Handle exception situations in production environment
  • Comprehend complex client instructions and convert them to learning points
  • Analyze production data in light of existing instructions and discover edge cases
  • Use a wide variety of IT tools and platforms for training and production support
  • Organize source documents and filing relative to data entered. Ensure security storage and back up of data files
  • Share progress or any delays in the process with customers. Comprehend work requirements, output, and target with appropriate people as per organization policy
  • Should be able to develop training ppt/manual/handouts & teaching plan from client instructions
  • Design effective training programs to mitigate skills gaps and evaluate effectiveness
  • Familiar with service delivery processes and metrics such as accuracy, productivity, time per task etc.
  • Should be able to handle POC/pilot cases & client calls
  • Should be able to handle cross-functional trainings on different projects in a domain
  • Should be able to share client feedback in unbiased way & give floor support
  • MIS & Reporting-as & when required
  • Use time and resources judiciously
  • Keep the workplace clean and operate in a tidy environment
  • Treat confidential information according to established security policies
