Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Ruby code.

• Design robust, scalable and secure features.

• Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle.

• Follow best practices (test-driven development, continuous integration, SCRUM), refactoring and code standards.

• Drive continuous adoption and integration of relevant new technologies into design.

• Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic.

• Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems.

• Must be able to work independently.

• Must be able to manage Project alone and Lead the Team as well.

• Thorough understanding and senior-level Ruby on Rails, Web Domain, jQuery/JavaScript, HTML5/CSS3 & Bootstrap.

• Good understanding of the syntax of Ruby and its nuances.
