Job Summary

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Handling all Inbound & Outbound Calls.
  • Build Client Relation and Brief them about our various projects along with arrangements of Site Visits.
  • Must have hands on experience of Customer Relation Building.
  • Promoting the Projects.
  • Customer Follow-Up.
  • Making Outbound Calls for generating Appointments for Business Development Team.
  • Cold Calling to Potential Customers.
  • Outbound Calling to Prospect Clients and Introducing Projects and the Property Proposition.
  • Excellent Communication Skills and Acumen to Answer Client Queries.
Experience Required :

Minimum 1 Year
