Job Summary
To Responsible for implementation of HR topics / projects. Ensure and optimize a well-organized and smoothly functioning personal administration, payroll administration in legal, qualitative and quantitative terms. Manage all salary related issues including offer letters, entry and exit formalities. Managing wage administration (including social insurance, annual accounts, etc.), which can withstand legal requirements. Responsible for managing and implementation of Labour, PF and ESI laws. Handling of liaising with the relevant Government departments with respect to Labour department, PF and ESI. All statutory filings. Gathering employee feedback and helping in assessment of employees. Maintenance, development and optimization of HR-specific processes and tools. Advice and implement training methodology for the employees. To manage contractors (transport, housekeeping etc.) as and when hired by the company.
Qualification/Experience : MBA
Skills : 5+ years of experience as a HR management in a reputed firm/company.
Expertise in MS Office tools.
