Job Summary

JSales Ops/ Rev Ops experience (preferably in the SAAS domain) Should have managed a team and is ready to lead a team of high performing RevOps professionals Sales acumen: Understanding of fundamental sales concepts such as capacity planning, segmentation, pipeline, forecasting, account and territory distribution, variable compensation, etc. Hands-on experience on Hubspot/ related CRMs - ability to generate reports and dashboards, drive sales-specific analysis, and present actionable insights Understand underlying systems and sales motions, and work with relevant stakeholders to build scalable sales processes Create a data-driven metric oriented culture within the sales organisation by providing easy and intuitive access to dashboards, analysis and insights Create insightful dashboards to track key metrics and identify potential risks and act as a key enabler Project management: Ability to drive projects in a structured manner end to end. Own individual projects, starting with a broad business problem in the sales domain, break it down into smaller actionable items and identify data-driven solutions to drive impact Work with relevant stakeholders including Sales leaders, Finance, Founders Office, and Product teams to drive the project roadmap, and implement the solution Build solid know-how of the sales funnel, identify relevant metrics to track the growth of the business, and leverage analytics to present key insights to stakeholders at different levels in the company Play a key role in defining and implementing the go-to-market strategy of the business encompassing customer journey mapping, segmentation, capacity and quota planning, territory modeling, and incentive structures Evaluate, improve, and manage key revenue operations processes including weekly forecasting, upsell potential, pipeline velocity, account scoring, and sales performance management Support annual planning initiatives through data-driven recommendations, i.e., geographic &, customer segmentation, headcount modeling, as well as quota setting and incentive design Liaise with internal sales teams to understand key data and process requirements and formulate programs to deliver the insights and train teams Analytical and data-driven: Should have experience in data modeling (MS Excel) and running analytics programs Eligibility 10+ years of experience in a similar role within a global accounting team of a technology company Prior experience with revenue operations, revenue recognition and reconciliation process including working with sales data, customer contracts and product offerings is a must Experience in hiring, managing and mentoring high performing teams is a must Knowledge of ERP and CRM systems (NetSuite, Salesforce) Strong analytical, research, and problem solving skills Acute attention to detail and well developed organization and time management skills Must be self-motivated, flexible, deadline-oriented and have ability to independently drive projects to completion Good verbal and written communication skills, specifically the ability to articulate issues and present findings in a clear and summarised manner
