• Purpose of the role To get the raw data, Paste it into valuable spreadsheets.
• Generating MIS Reporting as per company requirement.
• To prepare the data in excel and google sheets. Preparing reports and analyzing the data as per requirements

Roles & Responsibilities

• MIS Executive & Data Analyst.
• Making Data of working process sheet of excel.
• Prepare to correspond & sending regular reports via email.
• Advanced MS Excel Knowledge (Conditional Formatting, V-lookup, H-lookup, IF Function, Count Function, Sum Function, Index Match, Data Validation, Data Sorting) Working in excel as per data in Filter, Pivot table, & V-lookup.
• Preparing Reports and Dashboards for client and central management.
• MIS Preparation of Daily/Weekly/Monthly records & data management.
• Maintenance & sharing of Daily /Weekly/Monthly reports and as the company required.
• Support other internet software where logical understanding can be utilized for report preparation will be necessary.
• To get the raw data, Paste it into useful spreadsheets.
• Generating MIS Reporting as per company requirement.
• The technique used for collecting, compiling, and storing information and skills for contributing to manufacturing quality products.
• Maintain and update records with accuracy.
• To keep records and information about deals with clients.
• Analyze the actual sales versus the projected ones for each department.
• Supporting the field sales team regarding his performance, new product information, upcoming product internal support, etc.
• Utilize graphic design tools and software to develop and create custom PowerPoint presentations and templates from pre-generated content.
• Manage the library of PowerPoint creative materials. Built effective database solutions using Microsoft Access based on unique needs. Developed and maintained the Microsoft Access database.
• Create powerful queries to extract ample database information from Excel to Access.
• Indicative KRA's Advanced MS Excel Knowledge (Conditional Formatting, V-lookup, H-lookup, IF Function, Count Function, Sum Function, Index Match, Data Validation, Data Sorting) Logical understanding of the data prepared and its requirement.
• Professional Experiences Minimum years experience as an MIS Executive in data analyses and reporting.
• Qualifications Bachelor's degree/Graduate in any equivalent field.
