Senior Software Engineer/module Lead Software Engineer Job in Impetus Technologies

• Software development experience in Java
• Should have a good programming background with expertise in Scala or Python
• Experience with Big Data technologies such as Hadoop and related eco system
• Practical experience on Mapreduce,
• Experience on complete SDLC/PDLC
• Exposure to Build and release management
• Experience, interest and adaptability to working in an Agile delivery environment
• Ability to select the right tool for the job

Good to have:

• Experience in working on Hadoop distribution (CDH/HDP/Map reduce)
• Hands on experience with spark/hive/pig/flume/sqoop/kafka
• Experience with RESTful services, JSON and XML metadata, containers such as Tomcat/Jetty
• Experience with AWS / Cloud / Cloud and DevOpsand DevOps
• Exposure to data engineering ( data exploration , modelling and schema designing)
