Roles and Responsibilities

• Should have 10+ years of industry experience
• Responsible for making high-level decisions for the software architecture, frameworks and technologies, coding practices and development tools
• Collaborate with Solution Management to develop functional workflows and business rules
• Create the high-level technical design for use by Software Engineer
• Work closely with a cross-functional team including product management, engineering, product marketing to formulate the overall strategy, define product features, and drive the system architecture
• Provide architectural and technical guidance to Mobile and Cloud Engineering teams
• Analyze business requirements and lead the design, architecture, and implementation of highly scalable solution using modern best of breed technologies
• Define RESTful services that will be consumed by client applications

Desired Profile

• Software architect with extensive knowledge and experience in building scalable database-driven web services or microservices using current technologies.
• Should hone design and the architecture of the client s Mobile, Windows, Mac and backend services understanding for a consumer product
• Responsible for driving all technical decisions related to the product
• Play a key role in helping define the product roadmap and features and fuel the innovation pipeline for the product
• Should have hands-on experience with distributed architecture, RESTful services, and Microservices design and orchestration, and working on Agile Scrum projects.
• Interact with multiple technologists within the company and within the industry as well as between UX, developers and project managers to evaluate the feasibility of requirements and determine priorities for development
• Work on pathfinding and evaluation of new technologies
• Expertise in relational data stores SQL Server/MySQL
• Strong verbal and written communication
