Assistant Product Specialist Job in Improwised Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

We are primarily a Software Development agency specializing in building high-scale cloud-native SaaS and enterprise applications. Our customers range from startups to large publicly-listed enterprises across the US and Europe.

We are looking for a self-starting, entrepreneul professional to join our team and help and support the Product Specialist or work independently in discovering and improving a product s market fit. You will work with Product Specialists, stakeholders, and clients to define and document product s vision, features, and user experience.

Objectives of this Role

• Work with clients and other stakeholders to clearly define and prioritize product roadmap keeping in mind long-term business goals
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and design to steer product roadmap
• Translate business requirements to technical requirements and innovative solutions
• Align teams to a shared product vision and steer execution of that vision
• Take over collecting end-to-end feedback from customers, development, and other relevant stakeholders
• Build strong product insights through consistent customer engagement and market research and contribute to product vision
• Be in the details. Know your team's work and partner team s work in-depth and understand the impact for your team and stakeholders
• Take logical, data-driven decisions on product features that are highly influenceable on customer engagement and conversion

Responsibilities

• Understand product features and help create a product backlog based on user feedback and current market trends
• Drive and ensure the prioritization and description of the product backlog as part of the team
• Define features through detailed specifications, user stories, and wireframes
• Be accountable for coordinating and fostering involved teams

Skills and Qualifications

• Independent and curious, you set your targets, ask for help when you need it and are always looking to learn something new
• Strong drive to help the customers succeed
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Great attention to detail and organizational skills
• Enthusiastic, proactive, likes to take initiative & work in a challenging environment
• Knowledge of marketing and product positioning a plus
• Knowledge of software engineering processes a plus
• A degree in business or software engineering is a plus
