Key Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in technical writing within software or technology environments.
• Exceptional skills in organizing and presenting complex technical information clearly.
• Strong ability to write instructional content, including user manuals, installation guides, FAQs, and API documentation.
• Effective collaboration skills to work with product management, engineering, and QA teams.
• Ability to review, edit, and update documentation to reflect product updates and improve clarity.
• Commitment to maintaining documentation accuracy, consistency, and industry standards.
